At B.L. James & Son, we’ve been helping customers like you for over 21 years. In all of that time, our team has been an unfailing go-to for any and all installation, repair, or maintenance regarding anything mechanical. Terms & Conditions (needs to be updated for plumbing)

Enjoy a 15% discount on any HVAC repairs during the term of this one-year contract.
The annual fee for this contract is $230.
This contract takes effect from the date of signing and expires on the day prior to the same date the following year.
Terminating the contract before its expiration will result in the revocation of any discounts previously granted. In such cases, the value of the discounts applied during the contract period will be charged to your account.
Should you decide to cancel the contract after completing its one-year term, all discounts received during the term will be honored.
Upon cancellation at any time, the initial payment of $230 is non-refundable, regardless of whether the second scheduled check-up was conducted.

Refunds are only issued if no discounts or benefits were used and if neither of the two maintenance check-ups were provided.
The contract covers two maintenance check-ups annually: one in the spring and another in the fall. While rescheduling these check-ups is possible, it is not advised.
The 15% repair discount does not apply to system replacements, including, but not limited to, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and evaporator coils.
Plumbing services are not included under this contract.
For optimal maintenance effectiveness, it is recommended to perform the spring check-up at temperatures of 65°F or above and the fall check-up at temperatures of 55°F or below.
